Resolution Process
Upon receipt of a valid grievance:
1. An acknowledgement will be sent within a reasonable period.
2. The Grievance Officer will examine the complaint.
3. If found appropriate, necessary corrective action, clarification, update, or removal of the content may be taken in accordance with applicable laws and editorial standards.
4. The complainant will be informed of the decision after the grievance has been examined.

The existence of this grievance mechanism does not affect Star Vrutta’s editorial independence. Every complaint is evaluated objectively, fairly, and in accordance with applicable laws, journalistic ethics, and editorial policy.
