कु. डॉ. सानिका मोहन सावंत यांना काल गुरुवारी अतिशय कौतुकास्पद सुयश प्राप्त झाले आहे. अखिल भारतीय आयुर्वेद पदव्युत्तर प्रवेश परीक्षेत संपूर्ण भारतातून ७२ व्या क्रमांकाने त्या उत्तीर्ण झाल्या आहेत. त्यांचे मनःपूर्वक अनिरुद्ध अभिनंदन!
वडील मोहन सावंत शासकीय निवृत्त वरिष्ठ लिपिक आणि आई मुग्धा सावंत निवृत्त शिक्षिका यांच्या मार्गदर्शनातून आणि परमपूज्य सद्गुरु अनिरुद्ध बापूंच्या कृपेतून कु. डॉ. सानिका यांनी मिळविलेले सुयश खरोखरच कौतुकास्पद आणि आमच्यासाठी अभिमानास्पद आहे! पुढील दोन-तीन वर्षात कु. डॉ. सानिका एम. डी. झालेल्या असतील आणि समाजातील दुर्लक्षित घटकांची सेवा करण्यासाठी त्या नेतृत्व करतील; अशी त्यांची वाटचाल आहे. त्यासाठी आवश्यक असणारे सुसंस्कार त्यांना आई-वडिलांनी दिले आहेत. समाजहितासाठी विधायक विचारांची बैठक आणि त्या विचारांच्या अधिष्ठानातून नियोजनबद्ध कृती आवश्यक असते आणि असे कार्य मोहन सावंत नियमित करीत असतात. त्यांच्याच प्रेरणेने आणि शिस्तबद्ध आईच्या सहवासात कु. डॉ. सानिका यांनी आपल्या ध्येय पूर्ततेची अंतिम पायरी गाठली आहे.
`मुलगी शिकली प्रगती झाली!’ ह्या बोधवाक्याचा आदर्श घेऊन अनेक घरांमध्ये मुली शिकल्या आणि प्रगती झाली. पण शिक्षणाबरोबर घरातील मुलगीचं अर्थात स्त्रीचे आरोग्य अतिशय महत्वाचे असते आणि त्यासाठीच डॉ. सानिका यांचा `स्त्रीरोगतज्ञ’ होण्याचा मानस आहे. त्यांना पुढील वाटचालीसाठी पाक्षिक `स्टार वृत्त’ परिवाराकडून खूप खूप शुभेच्छा! वैद्यकीय सेवेचे खूप मोठे कार्य घडण्यासाठी डॉ. सानिका यांना सामर्थ्य मिळावे; ही आदिमाता आणि सद्र्गुरु चरणी प्रार्थना!
