अनधिकृत बांधकाम करणाऱ्यांविरुद्ध कठोर कारवाई करणाऱ्या अधिकाऱ्याचे आभार!

अति. पोलीस महासंचालक, म्हाडाचे मुख्य दक्षता व सुरक्षा आयपीएस अधिकारी प्रशांत बुरडे यांचे कौतुकास्पद कार्य!

मुंबई (विशेष प्रतिनिधी):- म्हाडाच्या जागेवर अनधिकृत बांधकाम करणाऱ्यांविरुद्ध कठोर कारवाई करून कौतुकास्पद कार्य करणाऱ्या अतिरिक्त पोलीस महासंचालक, म्हाडाचे मुख्य दक्षता व सुरक्षा आयपीएस अधिकारी प्रशांत बुरडे यांची कॉस्मोपॉलिटन को- ऑप. हाऊसिंग सोसायटी असोशिएशनचे सेक्रेटरी व पाक्षिक `स्टार वृत्त’चे उपसंपादक मोहन सावंत आणि पाक्षिक `स्टार वृत्त’चे संपादक नरेंद्र हडकर यांनी सदिच्छा भेट घेऊन आभार मानले.

यासंदर्भात सविस्तर वृत्त असे की, जोगेश्वरी पश्चिम पाटलीपुत्र नगर येथील कॉस्मोपॉलिटन को- ऑप. हाऊसिंग सोसायटी असोशिएशनच्या आवारात साईधाम देवालयाच्यामागे चव्हाण आडनावाच्या इसमांनी अनधिकृत बांधकाम केले होते. तेथील खोटे दस्तऐवज बनवून अदानी इलेक्ट्रिसिटीचा विद्युत मीटरही घेतला होता. त्या मीटरमधून लिंक रोडवरील फुटपाथवरील अनधिकृत दुकानांना विद्युत कनेक्शन दिले जायचे. त्याचप्रमाणे कॉस्मोपॉलिटन को- ऑप. हाऊसिंग सोसायटी असोशिएशनच्या स्थानिक रहिवाशांना त्यांच्याकडून अतोनात त्रास दिला जायचा. ह्याच इसमांनी अनधिकृतपणे यापूर्वी म्हाडाने बांधलेली सुरक्षा भिंत तोडून लिंक रोडला प्रवेशद्वार केले होते. ह्या संदर्भात कॉस्मोपॉलिटन को- ऑप. हाऊसिंग सोसायटी असोशिएशनने अनेक तक्रारी संबंधित विभागात आणि राजकीय – सामाजिक नेत्यांकडे केल्या होत्या. याबाबत अ‍ॅड. निर्मलाताई सामंत – प्रभावळकर (माजी महापौर – मुंबई महानगरपालिका, माजी अध्यक्षा – महाराष्ट्र राज्य महिला आयोग, माजी सदस्या- राष्ट्रीय महिला आयोग) यांनी संबंधितांवर कारवाई करण्याची विनंती म्हाडाकडे केली होती. त्याची दखल घेत अतिरिक्त पोलीस महासंचालक आयपीएस अधिकारी प्रशांत बुरडे यांनी कारवाईचे आदेश दिले.

सदर अनधिकृत बांधकाम २० डिसेंबरला २०२२ रोजी म्हाडातर्फे जमीनदोस्त करण्यात आले असून सरकारी मालमत्तेचे नुकसान करणे, अनिधकृत बांधकाम केल्याचे सिद्ध होणे, सूचना करूनही अनधिकृत बांधकाम निष्कासित न करणे, सदर अनधिकृत बांधकाम निष्कासित करण्यासाठी म्हाडाला आर्थिक भृदंड होणे इत्यादी कारणांसाठी महाराष्ट्र आणि नगर रचना अधिनियम १९६६ मध्ये नमूद केलेल्या कलमांद्वारे अर्थात एमआरटीपी अंतर्गत कारवाई करण्यात येणार आहे.

सदर अनधिकृत बांधकाम निष्कासित करून स्थानिकांना न्याय देणारे कर्तव्यदक्ष अधिकारी प्रशांत बुरडे यांचे लेखी आभार कॉस्मोपॉलिटन को- ऑप. हाऊसिंग सोसायटी असोशिएशनने मानले. यावेळी कॉस्मोपॉलिटन को- ऑप. हाऊसिंग सोसायटी असोशिएशनचे सेक्रेटरी व पाक्षिक `स्टार वृत्त’चे उपसंपादक मोहन सावंत आणि पाक्षिक `स्टार वृत्त’चे संपादक नरेंद्र हडकर उपस्थित होते.

सन्मानिय श्री. प्रशांत बुरडे हे पोलीस विभागाचे आयपीएस अधिकारी असून म्हाडाच्या जागेवर जी अनधिकृत बांधकामे होतात त्याची सखोल चौकशी करून कारवाई करण्याचे काम करण्यासाठी त्यांची विशेष नियुक्ती महाराष्ट्र शासनाच्यावतीने करण्यात आली आहे आणि त्यांना तसे अधिकार आहेत.

Admirable work of Additional Director General of Police, MHADA Chief Vigilance and Security IPS Officer Prashant Burde!

Mumbai (Special Correspondent):- Additional Director General of Police, Chief Vigilance and Security IPS Officer of MHADA Prashant Burde has done a commendable job by taking strict action against the unauthorized construction work on the MHADA site.

Secretary of Cosmopolitan Association and Deputy Editor of fortnightly `Star Vrutta’ Mohan Sawant and Editor of `Star Vrutta’ fortnightly Narendra Hadkar thanked him with a goodwill visit.

The detailed report in this regard is that an unauthorized construction was done by a person surnamed Chavan behind Saidham Devalaya in the premises of Cosmopolitan Association in Patliputra Nagar Jogeshwari West.

The electricity meter of Adani Electricity was also taken by making false documents there. From that meter electricity connection was given to the unauthorized shops on the footpaths on Link Road. Similarly, the locals of the cosmopolitan association were harassed by them a lot. The same persons had earlier unauthorizedly entered the link road by breaking the security wall constructed by MHADA. In this regard, the Cosmopolitan Association had made several complaints to the concerned department and political-social leaders. Adv. Nirmalatai Samant – Prabhavalkar (Former Mayor – Mumbai Municipal Corporation, Former Chairperson – Maharashtra State Commission for Women, Former Member – National Commission for Women) requested MHADA to take action against the concerned. Taking cognizance of it, Additional Director General of Police IPS Officer Prashant Burde ordered action.

The said unauthorized construction was demolished by MHADA on 20th December 2022. Damage to Government property, Proof of unauthorized construction, Non-eviction of unauthorized construction despite notice, Financial loss to MHADA for eviction of unauthorized construction etc. For these reasons, action will be taken against the concerned through the sections mentioned in the Maharashtra and Town Planning Act, 1966 (MRTP).

Cosmopolitan Association expressed its thanks in writing to Prashant Burde, the conscientious officer who gave justice to the locals by evicting the said unauthorized construction.

Secretary of Cosmopolitan Association and Deputy Editor of fortnightly `Star Vrutta’ Mohan Sawant and Editor of fortnightly `Star Vrutta’ Narendra Hadkar were present on this occasion.

Hon’ble Prashant Burde is an IPS officer of the police department and he has been specially appointed by the Government of Maharashtra to investigate and take action against the illegal constructions taking place on the MHADA site and he has such authority.
